PRACTICE

Curran Antonelli regularly represents clients in appeals in federal and state court.  Our attorneys have represented both appellants and appellees before the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court (in appeals from the Bankruptcy Court) and state appellate courts.  We work with clients at the trial stage to plan and prepare for possible appeals, identify legal issues that may be central to an appeal and advise on the merits and likely outcomes of appeals.
