PETER ANTONELLI

My practice encompasses all facets of commercial creditor representation including enforcement of debt obligations, security interests, and distressed assets, as well as handling bankruptcy discharge and non-dischargeability litigation. I also have experience handling a variety of non-creditors’ rights engagements such as: business contract disputes, commercial landlord tenant litigation, real estate and environmental litigation and defense of s.1983 civil rights actions.

I have defended a variety of claims on behalf of lenders, investors and other financial institutions, including: wrongful foreclosure, fair debt collection practices, fair credit reporting, loan modification, wire transfer and other claims. I have litigated a variety of cases in state and federal trial, bankruptcy and appellate courts.
