Curran Antonelli Wins $8.2 Million Court Decision Against Individual Not Named in Injunction

Curran Antonelli recently won a decision on all counts of a complaint for contempt after a three day bench trial in Suffolk County Superior Court.  The case involved the transfer of more than $8.2 million in violation of a preliminary injunction by an individual not named in the injunction.  On December 17, 2018, the Superior Court held that the individual knowingly aided and abetted the violations of the preliminary injunction by individuals and entities identified in the injunction.
