Oregon Woman Cannot Use Bankruptcy Because of Federal Marijuana Ban According to Justice Department

The US Justice Department said that a woman who works for a staffing agency that recruits employees for the marijuana industry cannot use the protection of Chapter 13 bankruptcy due to federal laws banning marijuana.
