Seeking a legal administrative assistant in our Boston office to help support smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal and administrative services under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations.
Provide administrative support to team of lawyers and enhance office effectiveness
Organize and maintain both online and hard copies of client files
Administratively support trials and depositions by preparing exhibits and necessary materials
Communicate with vendors and assist with scheduling job orders
Monitor deadlines and juggle firm calendars
Assist the Director of Operations with miscellaneous administrative needs such as mail handling and invoice processing
Proven working experience as legal administrative assistant or legal secretary
Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
Ability to juggle multiple activities and work effectively under pressure
Excellent secretarial and organizational skill
Competency with the following computer programs is preferred: Clio, Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe
