Seeking a legal administrative assistant in our Boston office to help support smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal and administrative services under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to team of lawyers and enhance office effectiveness

  • Organize and maintain both online and hard copies of client files

  • Administratively support trials and depositions by preparing exhibits and necessary materials

  • Communicate with vendors and assist with scheduling job orders

  • Monitor deadlines and juggle firm calendars

  • Assist the Director of Operations with miscellaneous administrative needs such as mail handling and invoice processing

Skills

  • Proven working experience as legal administrative assistant or legal secretary

  • Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office

  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work effectively under pressure

  • Excellent secretarial and organizational skill

  • Competency with the following computer programs is preferred: Clio, Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe
